Support
Reach us at support@dither.one. For bug reports, include the app version (bottom of Settings) and your server type (Navidrome, Jellyfin, and so on) so we can help faster.
When the server won't connect
- Enter the address with its protocol — https://music.example.com
- The failure message names the cause: a DNS lookup failure points to a typo or internal DNS; a TLS error to a self-signed certificate (certificate pinning is available in Settings); an auth failure to your credentials.
- Plain HTTP servers are blocked by default. Turn on the option confirming the server is on a network you trust to connect. Over Tailscale or a VPN, HTTP is already encrypted end to end, so this is safe.
Supported servers
- OpenSubsonic — Navidrome, Airsonic-Advanced, and others
- Jellyfin
Supported formats
- FLAC (including hi-res), ALAC, AAC/M4A, MP3, Opus, WAV
- Everything decodes through the same audio engine, so gapless, EQ, crossfeed and the waveform apply to every format alike.
The output badge isn't green
That's expected. The green lock turns on only when bit-perfect output is actually verified. Speakers and Bluetooth route through the OS mixer, so it doesn't apply there. Tap the badge on the player to see exactly what the current path is doing.
